The State of Arizona has many unique scenic wonders and cultural resources. From the dramatic mountain peaks to the meandering streams flowing through the wide valleys, there are numerous State Parks charged with the preservation and managed use of various public lands. The following is a list of those Arizona State Parks located within the Lower Colorado River Valley – i.e. near the Grand Canyon:
