Celebration of Mexican Independence Day.
Continuing a long tradition of fabulous food, music, dance and entertainment for young and old, this year’s Fiesta promises to be extraordinary. The flower-strewn streets of Tlaquepaque will ring with the music of strolling mariachi and fiery flamenco dancers. Visit the variety of artists located throughout the Arts and Crafts Village representing our shops and galleries.
Each September, Sedona, Arizona is the site for a celebration of Mexican culture. Meander through the 40 shops at Tlaquepaque Arts and Crafts Village while wandering Mariachi bands fill the air with lively, Mexican music. In the Plaza La Fuente, enjoy dance performances by the Ballet Folklorico Mexicapan which features children from every region of Mexico. Animal balloon makers and a Duncan Yo-yo demonstration will thrill the children. A visitor can top off this visit to Mexican culture with a visit to one of the four excellent restaurants at Tlaquepaque. Free shuttle service on the Sedona Trolley makes it easy and fun to attend and enjoy the Fiesta Del Tlaquepaque at Sedona, Arizona in September. Now a thirty year tradition, this Fiesta gives a miniature view of the festival atmosphere of Mexico, its people and its culture.
