On Aug. 30, law enforcement located and took into custody homicide suspect and fugitive Scott Curley in Kane County, Utah. At 12:21 a.m. Utah time, Incident Command received a call from a citizen in the area of Lost Spring, a subdivision north of the Arizona-Utah state line near Kanab, Utah.
