From an impressive base elevation of 9,200 feet, the Arizona Skibowl rises to 11,500 feet above sea level and looks out over the majestic, snow-covered vistas of Kachina Peaks Wilderness and Coconino National Park. With over 777 acres to explore, you will never tire of skiing and snowboarding the fabulous Arizona Snowbowl. Just hours from Phoenix, the Snowbowl operates 4 chair lifts and 32 runs with guaranteed snow—the Arizona Snowbowl provides snow-making capabilities on 95 percent of their trails. While roughly 80 percent of the mountain is dedicated to beginners and intermediate level skiers, backcountry access to the Upper Bowl and the adjacent Kachina Peaks Wilderness provides plenty of opportunities for expert skiers and riders.

Off the slopes, the Arizona Snowbowl offers plenty of on- and off-snow activities. The Flagstaff Nordic Center, located in nearby Coconino National Park, provides limitless cross-country ski trails through pristine wilderness. Snowshoeing is also a popular past time in the Kachina Peaks Wilderness, where over 200 miles of trails await the avid athlete!
